Job Description
Requirements:
Work closely with and act as a consultant to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Recruit for positions across the business including sales, warehouse, customer service and management
Develop and place effective job postings to attract top level candidates
Proactively recruit both active and passive candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods including job boards, resume databases, social media channels and other cold calling sources
Sell the company vision, passion and career opportunities effectively and fluently
Review candidates for talent identification and fit for positions
Conduct initial interviews, sell the organization and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
Perform pre-employment and post offer responsibilities including analysis of assessments and review of background checks
Work with hiring managers to initiate and drive the job offer process through to completion
Monitor the quality and cycle time for execution of the recruiting process
Handle and work with Human Resources team to process new hires
