Essential Job Functions
Maintain the integrity of associate data within HR systems (SuccessFactors, BenefitSolver, WorkForce Software), including data protection, data accuracy, and compliance
Collaborate with leadership and HR process owners to identify improvements and enhancements; recommend and implement solutions
Lead/conduct testing and research related to SAP SuccessFactors biannual releases
Participate in quarterly governance meetings
Provide technical support to end users and escalate as necessary using various support channels
Work with IT, Payroll, and Organizational Learning to align processes and ensure optimal performance of the HR system
Support the administration of the annual performance and compensation review processes; help document procedures to streamline processes; assist in the development and communication of related training materials and guidelines
Adhere to Company policies and procedures
Perform other similar or related assignments as responsibilities dictate or as assigned by supervisor
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, business administration, or related program
Working experience in HR or data management
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Desired Characteristics
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Ability to solve problems independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with HR processes/working with confidential information
Experience/interest in IT topics such as security and integrations
