Job Title: Mainframe Developer

Job Description:

• Around 10+ years of hands on experience working on IBM Mainframes
• Strong in COBOL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, JCL
• Should have good understanding of transaction processing systems.
• Should understand how modern / distributed systems integrate with Mainframe applications, request/response processing, methods of data transfers,
• synchronization, common challenges faced and their resolutions.
• Should have ability to understand code, extract business rules, aggregate business rules at functionality level, document and explain them.
• Should have knowledge of WebService development and implementation
• Wealth Management domain knowledge preferred. Should have good understanding of stock brokerage systems.
• Exposure to Cloud technologies is added advantage
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $60.00 – $65.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overnight shift

Experience:

• Mainframe development: 7 years (Preferred)
• Wealth management: 5 years (Preferred)
