About the role
The HRIS Manager manages and oversees Aptean’s Human Resources Systems, including HCM, ATS, Performance and other systems. The HRIS Manager is responsible for leading a team focused on implementing, configuring, and upgrading HR software and producing HR data and robust analytics. This is a hands-on position with the majority of hours spent on maintaining Aptean’s HR systems. This role maintains internal database files and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of the company.

Not required but Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology or related field preferred with around 6 years of experience.
