AR Modular RF Hiring for Manager Engineering Operations Job at Bothell, WA Full Time

Located in the Seattle area, AR Modular RF designs and manufactures RF amplifiers. We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to direct and coordinate the activities of the engineering groups to include Electrical, Mechanical, Software and Embedded, Engineering Test, and Mechanical CAD, project and process management, and documentation. Be part of an energetic team developing cutting-edge communication technologies with a strong focus on new product development.

Responsibilities: *

• Fast-track modification to existing product designs to align with unique customer specs
• Define and deliver on a product roadmap
• Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) process
• Provide technical support to all other functions of the company
• Provide project management for all Engineering programs
• Write and/or assist in the writing of customer proposals
• Participate in, and oversee, the development of detailed electro-mechanical designs for new, modified, and revised products
• Perform development and design responsibilities and provide direction to a group of digital hardware and software developers
• Report monthly metrics to management
• Manage the department budget

Basic Requirements: *
We are seeking a hands-on manager with a functional background in project management and preferably having worked in a small to medium-size company.

• BSEE and/or ten years related experience
• 5+ years supervisory and/or management experience
• RF technology and knowledge of related markets
• Collaborating with other functional teams such as Sales and Production
