Located in the Bothell/Seattle area, AR Modular RF designs and manufactures RF amplifiers. We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to direct and coordinate the activities of the Engineering department. We are seeking a hands-on manager with a functional background in project management and who has worked in a small to medium-size company. Responsibilities:
· Define and deliver a product roadmap
· Oversee the development of detailed electro-mechanical designs for new, modified, and revised products
· Modify existing product designs to align with unique customer specs
· Provide project management for all Engineering programs
· Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) process
· Write and/or assist in the writing of customer proposals
· Report monthly metrics to management
· Manage the departmental budget
Basic Requirements:
· BSEE and/or ten years related experience (radio or amplifier experience preferred)
· 5+ years supervisory and/or management experience
· RF design, firmware or test development knowledge preferred
· NPI, project management, technical program management experience preferred
