Ardurra is seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Phoenix, AZ or 100% Remote Work Environment.
Primary Function
The candidate shall be capable of working in a collaborative culture, identifying and delivering high performing candidates within the A/E/C industry.
Primary Duties

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment including creating search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring processes
• Involvement on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends
• Build relationships and communicate consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed
• Create a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process
• Assist with the creation of offer letters and keep candidate files updated
• Update and maintain administrative responsibilities such as applicant tracking system data entry and Excel report

Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma plus 7 years of experience or Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years of related experience
• Experience recruiting for positions in Water/Wastewater, Environmental, Transportation, Survey, Structural or Civil preferred
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and working within an ATS is required
• Ideal candidate will live in the West Coast of the US
• Must have experience sourcing
• Experience with CareerBuilder preferred
• Creative sourcing techniques and cold calling experience preferred
• Positive attitude and ability to learn quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
