This role provides HR support to the Talent Partner group in a variety of HR programs and processes and acts as the first point of contact for US employee queries. In this role, you will support Talent Partner teams across the US to provide for broader business knowledge and understanding.
This role requires you to work independently under technical direction on matters which require understanding of a broad set of issues that make a direct impact to our department and the employees and managers we support.
Likely career progression from this position is a Talent Partner role with smaller client groups with the opportunity to grow in size and scope over time.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensures all human resources programs, activities and actions are supported and in compliance with federal, state and local regulations as well as company policy and practices. Shares updates with the TP team.
Provides recruitment support cross-functionally including active participation in intake sessions, creation of positions in Workday, production of offer documentation and other employment related activities as assigned.
Responds to employee questions related to payroll, benefits, employee leaves/FMLA, , and career development needs and directs accordingly to the appropriate resource for more detailed follow-up/review.
Provides talent partner support on employee relations matters, including documentation of meeting minutes. Focus on continued experience in ER issues, including investigations and issue documentation.
Updates and facilitates New Hire Orientation on a biweekly basis.
Produces and analyzes reports from HR systems; reports provided directly to BU leaders.
Participates in Cross functional HR projects.
Exit interview reporting ( levels 5 and below ) and analysis provided to Talent Partners/Leaders.
Audit data entry from HR Operations team in respect of US worker changes in Workday

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent years of experience in an HR support role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Knowledge and experience of Workday an advantage.
Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality, and exercise independent judgment.
Highly organized to effectively plan, track, evaluate and follow up on multiple priorities for multiple people.
Sense of urgency around customer service to model behavior to others.
Viewed by others as approachable, dependable and a self-starter.
Ability to quickly grasp the essence of an issue or problem, and a curiosity to uncover facts.
Sound business ethics and judgment, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, as required.
Team player with the ability to multi-task and work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
The range provided is for Colorado-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than CO may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. Pay range: $61,000.00 – $71,000.00 plus eligibility for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance.
