Job Summary:
This brand new position to Revenue Enterprises gives you the opportunity to showcase your
Position Responsibilities and Expectations:
Leads, implements, and assesses employee engagement activities and measures at Revenue Enterprises.
Seeks ways to improve the Employee Experience and Engagement for all REL employees and extend the employee life cycle through engagement surveys, both formal and informal and activities to keep the work environment fresh and energized.
Conducts exit and stay interviews with employees and shares feedback with Leadership on ideas to improve the employee experience.
Measures new hire satisfaction with training and support during their onboarding and orientation.
Manages awards for employee contests and KUDOS. Coordinates philanthropic activities for employees to participate in for greater community involvement.
Coordinates with Leadership to share feedback and reporting on a regular basis.
Leads Employee Action Committee (EAC) and helps to plan and provide employee engagement activities, parties, and other get-togethers for employee appreciation or office celebrations.
Monitors employee suggestions and shares with the Leadership Team for review and feedback.
Manages Requisitions for new and existing positions in ADP including onboarding experiences and new hire paperwork and policies.
Manages employee information through our ADP system including filing documents/policies to employee personnel files, updates to employee status, and other information.
Monitors leaves of absence and provides reporting to Managers on hours used and available for leave.
Ensures employee reviews are completed timely and reports on and manages employee anniversary awards.
Provides employment verifications for current and former employees.
Ensures updated HR posters and other notifications are uploaded on our ADP home page for employees.
Administration of Employee Benefits and coordination of benefit sign-up and delivery with insurance vendors- manages annual open enrollment.
Ensures COBRA benefit paperwork is sent to terminated employees.
Other duties as assigned or deemed appropriate.
Salary Range:
$65,000 – $75,000 per year depending upon experience, skills, knowledge, and performance
