The Recruiter/Human Resources Generalist is a hybrid role responsible for full-cycle Recruitment and HR Generalist activities. The selected HR professional will work closely with all levels of leaders and staff to enable a culture of recruiting top talent into Arjo and administer programs and processes that ensure the organization is aligned with overall company values.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver Arjo’s best practice recruiting process: sourcing, screening, scheduling and interviewing candidates for all assigned positions, managing candidates efficiently through the recruitment process.
• Work closely with all levels of Arjo leadership to clarify job specifications and requirements.
• Special projects associated with recruitment, performance improvement initiatives, system enhancements, conversions, or implementations, and other applicable Recruitment projects.
• Coach business leaders on HR policies and processes, including talent planning, learning and development, and performance management to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development.
• Support Arjo’s Talent Management program focused on forecasting, staffing, onboarding, development, performance management, career/succession planning, talent movement, and retention.
• Ensure data integrity within the HRIS (SuccessFactors) and payroll system (ADP). Provide reports to management and team members as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 3+ years’ experience in recruiter/generalist capacity. Prior experience in medical device or healthcare desirable.
• Full-cycle Recruiting experience: sourcing methodologies, interviewing techniques, latest recruitment trends in the industry, social media.
• Experience with HR compliance and government reporting.
• Strong business acumen that complements depth within the HR function as well as prior experience playing a pivotal role driving organizational change.
• Effective communicator at all organizational levels with strong influencing skills and the ability to establish credibility with senior leaders throughout the organization.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office products, HRIS software.
