Artisan Childcare Center Hiring for Lead Toddler or Float Teacher Job at Weston, MA Full Time

**SIGNING BONUS: $1,000. $500 at start, another $500 after 6 months of employment**

Artisan Childcare Center is a Music and Arts based Early Childhood Center with locations in Newton, Weston, Woburn, and Cambridge. We currently offer care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years of age. We are in search of a nurturing and passionate educator to join our Artisan team. Current postions include Full-time Lead Toddler Teacher and Full-time Float Teacher. Shift is 830am-6pm Monday-Friday with a sixty minute break

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall supervision of a group of children.
• Implement and create lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with the Artisan philosophy of education.
• Follow all EEC regulations and provide a healthy and safe environment.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized classroom.
• Assess the development of each child and provide annual teacher/parent conferences.
• Attend mandatory faculty meetings.

Qualifications and Skills

· Minimum of a Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood or related field

· EEC Certified Infant/Toddler Teacher

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
