Job Summary
The Human Resources Senior Manager will support Ascend’s U.S. operations in partnership with the VP Human Resources. The company is seeking a pro-active HR Senior Manager who can manage HR operations and engage with staff at all levels of the organization. Engagement with management in Laboratory Operations, Client Services, Finance and Sales is a weekly occurrence. Expertise with organizational development, employee relations and benefit administration is preferred. The ability to act independently with confidence and exercise sound judgement is important in order to build internal and external vendor relationships. This on-site role is based in Sunnyvale, CA.
