Reporting into the VP of Human Resources, this role will have the opportunity to take ownership for various onboarding related activities.Primary Responsibilities:Supports the department to streamline HR processes including but not limited to, personnel records, time and attendance and ORG ChartsProcess the onboarding and offboarding of Retail and Cultivation employeesProcess and add/removing employees in Retail and Cultivation to the benefits system (Bernie)Adheres to the organization’s policies and proceduresProvides training support as needed on iSolved, (HRIS) including the support of Benefits EnrollmentResponds to all team member inquires in a timely mannerAssist with the required State Badging of employees in Retail and Cultivation as neededAbility to work in a fast paced, ever changing, spontaneous environmentProactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentPerforms other duties as assignedJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree preferred or an additional 3+ years of experience in lieu of degree2+ or (5+ if no degree) years related experience with heavy data entry and administrative supportHighly proficient in all MS office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe, and Outlook)Ability to pro-actively plan, schedule, and execute multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to manage ambiguity and move forward during changeDemonstrated track record as an outstanding problem-solver, including an ability to gather and analyze data and quickly identify key issuesStrong interpersonal skills, including the ability to regularly interface with managementAbility to work well as part of a diverse, cross-functional teamSelf-starter, highly resourceful and capable of operating at a high level with little supervisionAbility to connect and communicate effectively with virtual business partners (by phone, email, and/or other technology)High professional standards regarding customer service and confidentialityMay be required to travel
