Ashleigh at Lansdowne Retirement Community a premier Independent Living and Assisted Living Community is seeking a Human Resources/Business Office Manager to join the TEAM!
The Business Office/HR Manager will perform both HR and business office functions for the community. The Business Office functions include finance, accounting, budgeting, and spenddown insurance, purchasing, personnel management of concierges and legal and regulatory compliance. The HR functions will include employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy interpretation and implementation, recruitment and employment, labor relations and employment law compliance.
