People Operations, HR Coordinator and Office Administration
Outdoorsy is looking for an organized, professional, and detail-oriented HR Coordinator and Office Administrator.

Job SummaryThe HR Coordinator and Office Administrator is a vital member of the People Team in supporting the talent acquisition process and leading a hospitable and efficient work environment for team members and guests. This could be a growth opportunity in a progressive HR career on the People Team.
The position could require a full-time office schedule in the future, but at this time it is a hybrid role of 2 days in the office or as needed.

Partner with the Head of People to maintain office guidelines as necessary Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred Outstanding organization skills, with solid attention to detail and critical thinking Tech Savvy with Excellent MS Outlook/Word/PowerPoint/Excel skills Superior written and verbal communication, comfortable with drafting high-quality business correspondence Positive “can-do” attitude, must be flexible and accommodating Strong problem solving, reporting, and analytical skills Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude. Thrives in a fast-paced environment – Supreme efficiency and attention to detail with the ability to adeptly multi-task Demonstrated ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations. Proactive, strong detail-oriented, and resourceful mindset.
