Ashley House is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing 24/7 care to medically fragile pediatric and young adults in home like settings. Ashley House opened with one pediatric home in 1989. Since that time, Ashley House has grown to include 5-pediatric homes and 1 young adult home. In early 2023, Ashley House will open a 7th location in Shoreline – a historical event, as it will be the first pediatric skilled nursing home in Washington State. The Opportunity
Ashley House is growing and seeking to add a 2nd skilled full cycle recruiter to its talented HR Team. What to Expect
This position is based within the Administrative Office, located in Federal Way, Washington. The Recruitment Specialist is a member of Ashley House’s Human Resources Team and serves as a strategic business partner, supporting the staffing needs of all departments and programs. Responsibilities include active and passive full-cycle recruitment; Collaborating with program directors to assess current & prospective staffing needs; Screening & vetting of candidates; Maintaining the applicant tracking system; Completing wage placements and offer letters; Completing comprehensive background clearances; Ensuring required certifications and documents are completed during the pre-employment and onboarding period; Assisting in the coordination of, and participating as an instructor in new employee orientation; and, Assisting with other HR Department Initiatives and projects.
