Job Overview:
Provides leadership in the recruitment and retention of talent into clinical and non-clinical positions within the organization. Collaborates and consults with hiring managers on strategic and tactical talent acquisition plans designed to meet the business objectives of the unit or department. Creates and executes talent acquisition processes that are consistent with the Hospital’s strategic goals and objectives. Develops and delivers a talent acquisition plan to attract and retain high-caliber qualified candidates. Understands and anticipates current market trends and their impact on the talent acquisition and retention of highly qualified talent. Works collaboratively as a member of the Human Resources team to receive HR visitors, communicate HR policies and procedures, and direct staff to appropriate HR team member to resolve issues. Provides excellent customer service while maintaining the highest level of security and confidentiality possible.

Pay range for new hires: $43.60 – $56.70 /hr
