People Analytics CoE (Community of Expertise) is looking for a People Analytics Manager to lead the newly formed Talent Acquisition Analytics team. In this role, you will work directly with the Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Leadership Team to deliver actionable, business-driven insights that inform strategic hiring decisions, improve organization effectiveness, and drive positive hiring experience. Your excellent leadership, consulting and analytical skills, ability to translate data into actionable insights and proven experience working with HR, talent acquisition and market data will help us advance our analytics capabilities and enable data-driven decisions. Responsibilities:
Establish and mature consulting, analytics and technical capabilities for the Talent Acquisition Analytics team helping enable enterprise data-driven decisions (consulting principles, project prioritization criteria, governance, quarterly reviews etc.)
Provide recommendations to improve decision making process (e.g., benchmarking, market insights)
Lead the collection, consolidation and presentation of key external market labor insights, benchmarking and research
Lead high profile consulting engagements & projects. Provide key insights around talent attraction, sourcing effectiveness, hiring funnel, candidate onboarding & experience sentiment, internal mobility)
Effectively gather and interpret internal/external data trends and insights to assess gaps, opportunities and provide competitive insights
Develop the Talent Acquisition Analytics Roadmap & Strategy and data/insights related training. This includes development and management of technical requirements embedded in successful Talent Acquisition Analytics products
Partner with Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Leadership Team on designing a framework to improve storytelling skills and capabilities in the community
Prepare and lead quarterly executive briefing summaries with the leadership team
Provide analytics consulting support for GTA projects and helps identify key success metrics
Connect data from multiple sources to create compelling story with recommendations
Actively participate in workforce and human capital planning discussions providing data and insights from multiple data sources
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in analytics with +5 years in Talent Analytics roles
3+ years of experience successfully leading direct and cross-functional teams
Very good understanding of Talent Acquisition data and candidate management processes (talent attraction, sourcing, talent acquisition, talent development, workforce planning, DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), candidate onboarding & experience sentiment, etc.)
Proven applied knowledge of Talent Acquisition (Analytics) technology stack and experience working on the analytics product development roadmap (dashboards, reports)
Experience using labor market data and analytics tools to improve hiring decisions
Build partnership and work closely with HROS and IT teams and vendors (where applicable) to deliver insights that matter and solutions that support our strategic goals
Strong understanding of external talent benchmarking data and ability to leverage the data to help with decision making process
Highly data-driven, consultative, passionate about data storytelling, a great communicator who can use data and analytics technology to solve business problems and influence executive stakeholders
This role can be a remote (anywhere in the United States) or a hybrid position (Detroit metro area).

Compensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only
Themedian levelrangeof salary compensation for this role is$125,626 – $161,000 .
Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
