HR Generalist

We are Vine Dahlen, a CPA firm based in Lynnwood. We have been providing audit, accounting, tax, and consulting services to closely-held companies and not-for-profit clients in the Pacific Northwest and across the U.S. for over 50 years and are a leader in our community. We started as a small one-person firm in 1964 by a woman named Ann Vine, who was one of the first female public accountants in Washington State. When she was joined by Ron Dahlen in the early 1970s, Vine Dahlen was born. We remain a diverse group of enterprising professionals today.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an HR Generalist to join our growing team. In this newly created position, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our recruiting and retention processes run smoothly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate the recruiting process for Experienced Tax, Audit and Administrative positions. This includes: creating job descriptions and job postings, sourcing and screening potential candidates, managing and scheduling candidate interviews and managing relationships with 3rd party recruiting vendors.
· Assist with Campus Recruiting. This includes the coordination of all on-campus and virtual events and interviews and creating and maintaining relationships with appropriate college placement office members.
· Onboard all new hires.
· Process payroll and maintain PTO reporting.
· Assist in the administering of the Firm coaching (mentoring) program.
· Assist in administering of the annual performance management program and creating of the annual salary ranges for all employees.
· Member of the social and team building committee.
· Other administrative duties and projects as needed.
