ACL is searching for an energetic, self-motivated Route Services Rep to join our dynamic team.

• Location: Main Lab

• Shift: Primarily 2nd Shift; Cover other shifts as needed

• Full-Time

• 40 hours/week

• Mon-Fri (Weekend and holiday coverage as needed)

• Shift differential

As a Route Services Rep your job responsibilities and duties will include:

• Schedules PTO and holiday coverage

• Assist with maintaining fleet

• Provide input to supervisor for performance reviews

• Provide input to supervisor for discrepancy actions

• Performs duties of Route Service Rep I, II, and III

• Trains new hires on basic paperwork

• May assist in maintaining efficiency or routes

• Complete daily pick-up and delivery of all patient samples along designated route

• Maintain integrity of samples during transport

• Deliver mail and other necessary supplies to client

• Operate and maintain cleanliness of company vehicle

• Utilize handheld scanners

• Ability to complete necessary paperwork

• Work with Laboratory Information System

• Respects and follows patient confidentiality laws

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency

• 1-3 years in logistics or transportation experience

• Exceptional problem solving skills

• Exceptional communication skills

• Ability to lead, coach and mentor employees

• Valid driver’s license with no more than 3 moving violations within a 36-month period

• Ability to carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to drive in all weather conditions

• Computer Knowledge

• Excellent Customer Service Skills

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to work independently as well as part of a team

• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and irregular hours as needed

• Willingness to cover other routes as needed
