Association of Washington Cities (AWC) is recruiting a full time Employee Benefits Specialist for the AWC Employee Benefit Trust (Trust). Our Trust team is a dynamic and fast-paced team, with excellent customer service skills. This position provides advanced support and technical assistance to various members by responding to inquiries from membership and service providers via phone and email. This position has extensive interaction and coordination with carrier representatives, employers, and the billing administrator.
AWC is a vibrant organization supported by 70 employees who are passionate about serving our members through advocacy, education, and services. The Trust team consists of 9 employees who support the Trust mission to provide quality benefit programs and insurance services to Washington cities and towns in an efficient and cost-effective manner through timely information, technical assistance, member education, and advocacy.
The salary range for this position is $49,706 – $77,366. This position is eligible for full telework in the state of Washington.
