Reporting to the Director, Compensation the Senior Manager – Sales Compensation will lead sales compensation program design enterprise-wide. The person in this role will have a proven career in compensation and a clear passion for sales compensation. This role is ideal for an individual accustomed to working in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment with strengths in providing guidance and expertise to leaders and other business partners.
