Description:
- Provide HR support to HR Manager and other leaders and staff
- Assist recruiting functions (posting jobs, sourcing, interviewing, offer process)
- Work with TA team to review applicants and manage the candidate selection procedures
- Support HR department with onboarding and new hire data entry
- Complete payroll processing for 225+ employees
- Support employee events
- Partner with HR Manager and Plant Leader on talent management strategies, company culture initiatives, employee engagement, and leadership development trainings
