Understand client business requirements
Responsible for the successful operation of Workday, Kronos and Glint
Manage the Workday, Mercer and Kronos Relationships
Complete integration work
Manage Workday projects
Three HRIS Analysts will report to this position

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, HR or related field
6-8 years of experience in working in and managing HRIS systems – Workday Specifically
Experience developing integrations for Workday and third party systems required
Passion for customer service
Demonstrated project management experience
Functional and technical experience
Excellent verbal and written communication
Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
An understanding of all aspects of Workday pay cycle to effectively assist with testing end-to-end functionality
