Description:
The HR Manager will support and drive core HR strategies designed to attract, develop, and retain talent within the organization in order to achieve business objectives and strategy. Key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce planning, engagement, compliance, and building organizational capabilities
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business or closely related field required; MS in HR or MBA preferred.
SPHR, PHR/PHR-CA, or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
Bilingual (Spanish) highly desired
Successful candidate will have 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience as in generalist areas.
Demonstrated experience managing HR processes and practices, aligning HR programs/structures with business needs, and the ability to work as a business partner with exceptionally strong communication, sound business judgment, negotiation, influencing, and presentation and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen also required.
