Human Resources Business Partner – Employee Relations
As a HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department by maintaining and promoting positive and consultative relationships with employees and serving as support to the Employee Relations Manager.
Responsibilities
Support Employee Relations Manager in preparation for challenging conversations and interactions
Receives, investigates, and responds to employee complaints
Routinely consults on the resolution of employee and labor relations issues by working with managers, supervisors, employees, and union representatives while maintaining confidentiality
Assist in the resolution of sensitive matters including, but not limited to: discrimination, harassment, coaching and counseling, performance documentation, discipline and discharge
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional HR, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or People Management role preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Resources or related field preferred
Experience working with Unions is a huge plus
Salary : 70k – 90k DOE
Location : Albany, OR
