We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our exciting Recruitment and People Operations team. We run all recruitment campaigns for UK Security Vetting and design new initiatives to improve how we advertise and recruit to ensure that we attract and retain the best talent. The role will be varied and interesting and you’ll help support our business in continuing its path as a vibrant, progressive and people focused organisation.

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be working in a fast-paced environment where customer service is at the forefront of everything we do.
You will need to be able to deliver high quality recruitment campaigns by providing an excellent service to both recruiting line managers and candidates, which will involve building rapport with our customers and paying close attention to detail.

To assess experience, you will be asked to provide 500 word personal statement.
You will also be asked to provide a 250-word statement on the Behaviour Delivering At Pace.
Selection Process
At interview, you will be assessed on the Behaviours and Experience elements of the Success Profiles.
