Our largest fleet management and vehicle relocation client is seeking two Client Support Specialists to assist with customer calls, vehicle assessment, dispatching and compiling service orders between their departments!
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM (On-Site)
Pay Range: $18/HR (paid weekly with benefits)
Location: Joliet, IL
DESCRIPTION:
The Customer Support & Logistics Specialist is responsible for executing customer-vehicle relocation service orders and all supporting business operations.
Key activities include: customer order management/execution, communication via email and telephone with internal staff, Independent
Contractors (ICs) and pickup/delivery contacts, maintaining accurate data in each order tracked in CRM, and regular outward inspection of vehicles that are on-site amidst translocation.
