What you’ll do
The Manager, Talent Strategy will play a key role in advancing the delivery of the Talent Strategy, which is focused on the following priorities: creating data fluency among HR professionals and business leaders, generating talent insights to drive strategic decision making and co-designing career intervention to achieve our talent ambition.
This role will partner with the broader talent strategy team and T&D partners to ensure that our Development Centres, psychometric assessments, and mentoring resources meet the needs of the organizing and generate the higher return on investment. This includes the program management of these initiatives, the evaluation of their impact and the implementation of continuous improvements.
In addition, the role will be supporting additional initiatives that may emerge during the year such as Board Engagements and the coordination of the Early Talent programs forum.
There is the opportunity to make a huge difference in this role, working with a diverse group of leaders and talent from across all the functions. The role will report to the Senior Director, Global Talent Strategy and indirectly manage a team of coordinators based in Warsaw.
