Overview
Atlantic Health System is seeking an experienced Full Time Medical Office Associate for Womens Health OBGYN office in Clark and Westfield.
Hours are 9am-5pm
Monday – Friday
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:

The MOA will manage phones, greet patients, schedule/confirm appointments, enter demographics & patient information
-
Medical Office Professional will verify insurance coverage, complete forms, collect co-pays, balance cash, maintain schedule in EMR system, and process pre-certs/authorizations & referrals as well as medical records releases.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Prior administrative experience in a physician practice strongly preferred

Able to work flexible hours to accommodate physicians’ schedule

Computer literacy in Word and Excel helpful

Knowledge of computerized scheduling & EMR system a plus
