Job Summary:

The Director of Oilfield Services (OFS) Fleet Services & Procurement will oversee and maintain the organization s fleet of fuel automation units, fuel transports, shuttle trucks, and specialized vehicles. Responsible for establishing and administering programs, policies, and procedures, including general and preventive maintenance programs.

Location: Victoria, TX or Kilgore, TX

This position will report directly to the SVP of OFS Operations

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Oversees or delegates responsibility for the day-to-day workflow of the department and staff.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develops schedules and procedures for and ensures adherence to routine maintenance and non-routine repair of all vehicles in the company s fleet.
• Collaborates with supervisors and staff to manage and reduce expenses such as those for fuel and labor costs.
• Establishes a schedule for recommended replacement of fleet vehicles.
• Drafts and presents reports on department operations and expenses.
• Prepares and implements departmental budget.
• Develops and enforces procedures, policies, and safety protocols for all fleet services staff.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Extensive knowledge and understanding of fleet management and operations.
• Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and adhere to a budget and to monitor and reduce expenses.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in related field preferred.
• Five years of experience in fleet maintenance or repair with two years in a supervisory role required.
• Valid driver s license. CDL preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to access and navigate fleet parking lot and maintenance facilities.
