What You’ll DoAs a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing relationships and sales of title insurance agency to lawyers and direct sales to lenders. This position offers an existing book of accounts aligned with a geographic territory, competitive base salary, and a commission structure with high potential for earning and advancement. You will be supported and coached by an experienced collaborative servant-based leadership.Your day-to-day will include:

• Autonomy to manage your daily agenda as an outside sales representative while you prospect, create outreach, and meet with existing and prospective customers.
• Time spent engaging in face-to-face meetings in the field, setting appointments over the phone, and following up via electronic communication while managing a CRM.
• The ability to mix up your work location according to how you schedule your activity – you can work remotely from home, build relationships in local closing office locations, and spend time out and about in the market.
• Network with real estate professionals at industry association events and outings.
• Leverage meals, entertainment, and sports events to build relationships with customers in fun and exciting environments.
• Create long term strategic marketing plans to take control of your future & enable your top earning potential!

Senior Account Executive Job Responsibilities:

• Use existing relationships and available resources to develop Prospective Customer lists.
• Train and service existing agents and recruit new customers.
• Sell ATG services to attorneys and lenders.
• Develop strategic marketing plans.
• Network and build relationships with lawyers, lenders and realtors.
• Ensure that customers receive impeccable service.
• Other duties as assigned.

What Skills/Qualifications are Needed:

• 5 years’ experience actively involved in title insurance and extensive contacts with real estate lawyers.
• Proven sales background in professional services, preferably title insurance, and a working knowledge of real estate transactions,
• Energetic, creative and organized self-starter with contact management experience and excellent communication skills, including public speaking and sales presentations.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM a plus.
• Comfortable meeting with lawyers, lenders and realtors.
• Experience meeting with and presenting ideas to decision makers.
• Extensive local travel; valid driver’s license required.
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous title insurance, sales/marketing and training experience required.
