Auto-Chlor System is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales & Operations Manager to lead our growing facility in Brooklyn/Queens. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established organization that values safety and a people-first culture.
As a Sales & Operations Manager your primary responsibility will be driving sales growth and profit while leading an operation. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in outside sales specifically prospecting, growing and developing a territory to attain strong growth objectives. This person should also be a competent leader that will provide coaching and guidance that enhances the performance of the team.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Leadership experience in a business to business environment, preferably in a service or distributor sales organization.
- Experience in growing sales year over year
- Ability to motivate a sales team
- Mechanically inclined
