Summary / Objective:
The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for assisting the HR team by completing various HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Director. Duties are performed according to determined
instructions and prescribed by established routines and procedures. This role is the first point of contact for the Human Resources office.
This is a full time, Monday through Friday position. Hours may vary.
Essential Functions:
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or 3 years of HR experience or 5 years of progressive administrative experience. Understands confidentiality is a must!
Additional Eligibility Requirements:
· Basic understanding of Human Resources

· Must be self-motivated
· Ability to prioritize work load to meet deadlines

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ever- changing environment
· Must be flexible to meet the needs of employees and HR team
· Familiar with Microsoft Office
Work Environment:
The work environment consists of exposure to physical conditions typical of a normal office environment. The receptionist’s work space is located in a high-traffic area. The noise level is low.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of a receptionist, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distance vision.
Travel Required:
There is no travel required in this position.
