Responsible for delivering HR partnership through workforce planning, talent management, performance management and employee relations. Directs human resources policies and programs for designated personnel and locations, ensuring effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment to overall business objectives. Leverages partnerships with leaders to support and provide guidance in recruiting, attracting, retaining and developing employees.
