Job Summary:

Are you versed in developing and implementing the entirety of an HR strategy, inclusive of compensation strategy, performance management, learning and development, recruiting, and employee relations? ATC is seeking a Director of People (Human Resources) to lead the entirety of its HR strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will lead our current recruiting team, and be a direct contributor as well as a company-wide leader in implementing our People Strategy.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive HR and People Leadership strategy, including:

Authenticity and Transparency – lead our People with the utmost authenticity and transparency by ensuring that all employees are treated professionally and understand what their key objectives are, how they are performing against those objectives, and how they can further accelerate their performance
Culture Carrier – lead by example in embracing radical candor and establishing a performance-oriented culture focused on meeting/exceeding ambitious company OKRs and establishing a daily working rhythm of urgency and collegiality
Team Orientation – maintain constant focus on what is best for the company and the team
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
· SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or HRCI certification
· 10+ years total professional experience including 5+ experience leading an HR function and/or leading a large team with complex HR leadership requirements
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excitement about a fast-paced, challenging environment with a culture of winning
· Familiarity with, and/or a desire to thrive in a private equity backed business
Compensation:
On Target Earnings (OTE) of $120-180k split across base plus performance based variable compensation
