HR Coordinator Job Description:
Screening and interviewing potential applicants
Maintaining Affirmative Action compliance
Recruiting at schools, military bases and job fairs
Conducting presentations on benefits, policies, and procedures
Coordinating health screenings, associate meetings, and events
Conducting compliance reviews
Assisting with training and development
Assisting with HR investigations
Building critical relationships with field

Must be 18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s License
Prior HR experience and/or recruiting experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent computer skills
Position may involve frequent travel and ability to work various shifts
Good driving record
Experience in transportation and understanding of DOT regulations a plus
Occasional overnight travel
