AVIBE Web Development Hiring for Project Manager for Software Development Team at Vancouver, WA Full Time

AVIBE is a locally-owned, established, full-service web solutions firm seeking an articulate, organized, client-focused Project Manager. We are a stable, growing company that specializes in multi-faceted projects and creating and maintaining an array of custom high-end web applications for a very diverse clientele. Our clients range from small businesses/start-ups to well-known Fortune 500 companies to large government entities. Producing top-level web applications while fostering and nurturing long-term relationships with our clients and our employees is our first priority.

Please be a big-picture thinker with an eye for details, have experience and/or education in managing interactive projects, and truly enjoy helping others. We need a persistent, intelligent and likable person who is articulate, honest and a strategic thinker.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, drive cross-functional team deliverables and schedules, and see projects through to completion.
• Use project management tools and processes; keep the budget and timeline on track; manage communications with both the clients and the team.
• Understand and communicate technical/web-specific pros and cons to clients and team members.
• Evaluate all key project deliverables, as well as our final product, to ensure requirements are met with a high level of quality and client acceptance.
• Build a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization and objectives.
• Be the main point of contact for clients throughout their projects and the individual who has the highest impact on client experience.
• Queue up projects according to our company road map and ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Track and report project milestones and budgets.

The qualified candidate for our team will have the following:

• BA or BS degree in Project Management or related field preferred; relevant work experience will be considered.
• Several years of experience successfully applying project management processes to web and/or IT projects.
• Possess a high-level understanding of and interest in web development and cutting-edge technologies.
• Use advanced communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders and project teams to achieve unity and success on projects.
• Demonstrate a strong desire and ability to work in team-driven, customer-focused environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
