Talent Acquisition & Special Projects Manager
Who you are:
Talent Acquisition & Special Projects manager is responsible for sourcing, screening, and setting up interviews for all positions throughout the company. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and trusting relationships with potential hires and other team members.
What you’ll do:
· Actively search for candidates through research, networking, online and social media platforms
· Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
· Place and monitor ads for all open positions on hiring platforms
· Initiate contact through text, call and/or social media to assess interest level, career goals, qualifications, work history, etc.
· Filter out mismatched candidates
· Expertly match candidates with current open positions
· Present qualified candidates to hiring managers for further consideration while keeping candidates engaged and updated throughout the process
· Complete and communicate weekly reports on employment activity
· Monitor, organize, and manage an email account
· Availability to reply to candidates during off hours
· Actively manage our secret shopper program and other special projects
· Monitor quarterly donation requests and denials
· Generate emails and monitor the email club

What we need from you:
· Associate degree preferred, HS diploma or GED is required
· Laptop or desktop computer with windows 10 or higher
· Prior experience in recruiting
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative
· Availability to reply to candidates during off hours
· Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies

Reports To: Owner, Regional Managers, Store Managers

Pay: $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
