About the Role
Collects and complies HR data, metrics, and statistics from a variety of sources including the HRIS, internal surveys, exit interviews, competitors’ practices, and other sources.
Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns and prepares reports of results.
Designs and develops reports, dashboards, presentations, and other visual management tools to display trends and insights.
Runs weekly and monthly reports as required.
Provides support in the development of HR policies and procedures and ensures all HR policies and procedures are kept updated.
Point-of-contact for employee questions on policy and procedures.
Assists with HR projects and initiatives that support the HR Roadmap and key business objectives.
Provides project coordination including preparing project plans, overall tracking, and monitoring of project activities.
Processes changes of employment (such as salary, working hours, job title, team changes, etc.), ensures these are submitted accurately on the HRIS, approved, and paperwork is issued in a timely manner.
Processes leaver administration, including processing termination in HRIS, termination paperwork, calculating payments such as vacation or deductions, arranging exit interviews, ending employee benefits, and coordinating with Workplace Experience and Facilities staff on return of company property.
Facilitates the on-boarding and orientation process with new employees.
Prepares Offer of Employment letters, promotion letters, transfer letters, and other employee letter requests (e.g., Confirmation of Employment).
Enrolls employees in health & dental insurance and administers other benefits.
Organizes and maintains employee records.
Retrieves invoices and sends to AP team.
Establishes and manages the document management process for all documents and all other information resources and following relevant document retention schedules.
About You
2+ years of experience in a reporting function—exporting data from reporting systems and manipulating data in Excel, creating charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Strong PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
Proven ability to use and navigate HRIS for data entry, reporting, etc.
Understands common HR concepts, practices, procedures, and related employment legislation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Teamwork orientation balanced with a sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Desirable
Previous working experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Knowledge of project management procedures and processes.
