Full Job Description
- Help recruit for all open positions and have a group of qualified candidates short listed in case of turnover
- Post open positions on different sites and find means to generate high quality candidates that meet our criteria
- Screen resumes and perform initial phone screen to ensure good fit culturally and that candidates meet our criteria
- Coordinate with senior management to perform interviews for qualified candidates and receive feedback from interviews
- Prepare offer letters
- On-board process and pre-employment screening for new hires including drug, alcohol, background checks, sharing company processes and procedures and enrolling in payroll and benefit plans
- Typical positions will include pilots, observers, sensor operators, mechanics and other positions as needed
- Assist with quickbooks entries as needed
Qualified Candidates will posses a strong background in evaluating people for hire, excellent people skills/interview skills, highly motivated and self-starter.

Pay: $45,620.00 – $49,273.00 per year
