Restaurant Manager Great Opportunity!
Barrett’s is seeking motivated assistant managers to join our team at all our locations! We are looking for managers for Bridgewater, West Bridgewater, Fall River and the Waterfront! With overall responsibility for managing the daily operations you are ensuring consistent delivery of the guest experience, and the staff experience/development. The ability to further grow yourself with a growing company.
· Consistently represents the image and leadership style that is reflective of our core values
· Helps the General Manager build a high-performing restaurant team, with high morale, honest conversations and develops them to manage an overall high-performing restaurant
· Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food & beverage preparation and service
· Uses financial reporting, analysis, and critical thinking to manage labor, inventory, and all other business lines to achieve optimal results
· Confidently handles guests’ complaints, concerns and service issues with grace; focuses on finding solutions and resolving issues quickly
· Enriches the Barrett’s experience by being a presence on the floor and effectively builds relationships with our guests, ensuring repeat visits

· Hours may vary if manager must fill in for his/her employees or if emergencies
· Ability to perform all functions at the restaurant level
· Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing 45 pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motion
· Work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment as well as operates phones, computers, fax machines, copiers, and other office equipment
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in full service/fast casual
· Proven track record of staff management
· Hands-on leadership with a commitment to guest service and team member development
