JOB OVERVIEW
In this role, you will be responsible for performing HR data analysis and payout calculations to support compensation related initiatives. You will track, maintain, and report out on HR data using your advanced Excel and analytical skills. You will own calculation of the annual sales incentive payouts, collating data in Excel from various sources such as HRIS system, Business Ops reports, SAP, and stakeholder inputs. Using your strong attention to detail, you will reconcile numerous records from multiple sources and resolve any discrepancies to ensure highest level of accuracy in payout calculations.
