You will need ten or more years of residential and light commercial general contracting experience with specific knowledge of residential remodeling and the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
We will expect you to demonstrate your well-developed client-facing skills and techniques to effectively communicate with the client regarding schedules, unforeseen conditions, change orders, and project closeout.
Baxter Construction is a locally owned construction firm specializing in home remodeling and new home construction. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
