Senior Human Resources Manager, Global M&A Support

About Baxter M&A
Great opportunity to join a recognized, global Healthcare leader building out dedicated HR/M&A expertise highlighting Baxter’s commitment to continued growth across its’ broad portfolios. Covering the full life cycle from due diligence through implementation, you will have broad exposure within Baxter, including C-suite interface.
What you will be doing at Baxter
Due diligence and analysis; guide integration planning for Baxter’s global HR function.
Liaison to various business groups that are key partners on all M&A-related activities, e.g., Compensation, Benefits, HR Business Partners, Recruiting, Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, Stock Administration, IT, etc.
Create and/or enhance structure of the M&A due diligence process, e.g., integration checklists, project templates, best practices, and project management resources
Key contributor to the development/management of a mature/flexible M&A integration playbook and capabilities that can be leveraged for acquisitions of multiple types
Advocate for the employee experience, assuring an effective integration, driving employee retention, and minimizing business disruption
Research best practices/develops proactive approach to identify Human Resources challenges in M&A integration
During periods of light M&A activity, manage or support and other HR projects and operational process improvement efforts.
What you will be bring to Baxter
Demonstrated experience successfully planning/executing large projects related to corporate initiatives and/or managing large portfolios, involving multiple operational and technical areas across the organization
Proven results in working/influencing at both operational and strategic levels, mitigating unforeseen problems creatively/effectively; influencing all organizational levels, including global HR; interpret/analyze data to inform decisions providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service
Availability for calls, meetings, project planning etc. that accommodates different time zones
Experience with relevant analytical tools (strong focus on Excel and PowerPoint)
Education/Experience
Minimum undergraduate degree or country equivalent
5 years of HR and M&A, or related experience within a corporate environment
Preferred/not required: experience a) working in a global environment, and/or utilizing Workday
