MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability.
2. Four (4) year college degree.
3. Prior experience in employee benefits and/or HR generalist role.
4. Prior health care and home care experience is a plus.
5. Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
6. Possesses strong analytical skills and can understand and apply research and statistics to assigned work projects.
7. Has good organizational skills and can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
8. Competence in PC skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) required to perform general job functions and can acquire proficiency with office specific software and the web-based systems used in day to day activities (e.g. Workday, Jira).
9. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations that guide the organization’s work, and an aptitude to become more expert in other laws that regulate benefit administration and privacy standards.
10. Demonstrated record of goal achievement.
11. Acceptable Pre Employment Assessment Results.
12. Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.
2. Develop working knowledge of BAYADA’s mission, services, people, organization, policies, and procedures.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting employees with issues/questions.
4. Support all processes, tasks, and overall administration of the HR Care Center.
5. Responsible for adhering to appropriate HR Care Center SLA’s.
6. Conduct research of issues as appropriate and provide resolution in a timely manner.
7. Create, monitor, assign, and close out tickets in the HR Care Center tool, as well as work closely with other People Management staff members, Finance, Payroll and Information Systems to provide service and support as needed.
8. Ensure case notes for your tickets are thoroughly and accurately detailed for accurate follow-up and resolution.
9. Conduct day-to-day transactional processing in Workday in support of HR Care Center requests.
10. Provide support to the Benefits team as needed, assisting with employee benefit inquiries and day-to-day benefits transactions.
11. Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.
12. Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor.
