SUMMARY: The Director, Human Resources (HR) Operations leads multi-faceted HR programs and processes ensuring efficient HR services including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management.

Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
