Position Summary
Experience in reviewing resumes/applications, interviewing, and evaluating applicant skills for qualifications. Maintain understanding of payroll / timekeeping systems and procedures. Promote direct communication and positive rapport among supervisors and senior management. Provide guidance and support to management on Human Resources related matters. Responds to inquiries regarding policies, benefits, procedures, and programs. Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment and safety.
