Our client, an association in Arlington, VA, is seeking a temporary to permanent Executive Assistant to provide executive support on their Government Relations team!
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, communications, and meeting coordination.
- Maintain all aspects of the member database including the directory and data entry.
- Be the point person for all budget and accounting inquiries.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit confidential documents.
- Manage travel, hotel, venue, and other logistics for local and out-of-town meetings.
- Complete other related tasks as necessary.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of proven executive assistant experience in a high-volume fast-paced setting.
- Experience working as an executive assistant to a high-level government official highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Suite.
- Proven attention to detail, disciplined coordination, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Superior multitasking skills and highly resourceful.
Position Information:
- Up to $32/hr while temporary
- Up to $70K when permanent
- Hybrid with 2-3days/week onsite
- Office in Arlington, VA
