Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager performs generalist related duties as well as manages all of the company’s employee-related matters. He or she will maintain confidentiality of critical information and will advise the company executives for legal compliance issues. The HR Manager is the chief HR position, responsible for managing the people functions of the company in accordance with the company s policies and practices as well as state and federal law. The HR Manager will support designated business units with all administrative Human Resources functions such as employee relations, new hire orientations, compensation, benefits, performance management administration, leave of absences, HRIS updates, reporting and all other assigned tasks. The HR Manager reports directly to the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
